We’re Forced To Buy Into The Male Gaze: There isn’t an inherent problem with women wanting to look or feel sexy. But when being sexy is marketed towards women in such a creepy, male gaze style, it’s a hard pill to swallow. It’s possible to encourage women to buy a product without having a gratuitous crotch shot. It’s almost as if most ads geared towards women are actually meant for horny, straight dudes.
